Use all 5 L-Codes for each AFO except as noted in list:
- L-1960 AFO, Molded to Patient's Model, Plastic or Other Materials, Custom Fabricated.
- L-2275 Addition to Lower Extremity, Varus /Valgus Correction, Plastic Modification, Padded and Lined
- L-2755 Addition to Lower Extremity, Orthosis high strength, lightweight material
- L-2280 Addition to Lower Extremity, Molded Inner Boot
- L-2820 Addition to Lower Extremity Orthosis, Soft Interface for Molded Plastic, Below Knee Section
- Suggested additional L-2330 for the South West Circumferential ( AFO Style)
